We are individuals, families, educators, and staff of the Soaring Hawk Elementary School Community, located in Castle Rock, Colorado.

This petition is in support of our Principal, Mr. Stacey Roberson. 

We value Stacey Roberson in his steady leadership capabilities, his willingness to improve and grow, and care for our Soaring Hawk Community. 

Stacey Roberson shows care in many ways, including - visits staff while sick, encourages educators to grow their craft, and works diligently behind the scenes to keep school grounds clean and maintained. He teaches family-first mentality, is student-centered, and models confidence and awareness. 

Stacey Roberson is willing to lend a helping hand, and has an open door policy. He beams when he greets students and families in the crosswalks, and attends every single school function and event. 

Stacey Roberson is a man who devotes his life, time, and energy to Soaring Hawk and its community, and is proud of his school.
