Support Smoke-Free Air for All in Washington, Indiana

Support Smoke-Free Air for All in Washington, Indiana
The Issue
Indiana's State Smoke-Free Air Law sets a minimum standard for smoke-free air in the workplace. However, there are gaps in this law that need to be filled in order to have equal protection for all individuals in Washington, Indiana.
Secondhand smoke is known to cause heart disease, cancer, and other serious illnesses according to the U.S. Surgeon General. We are asking for everyone to be protected from secondhand smoke, by enacting a local comprehensive smoke-free air law that would prohibit smoking and vaping in all bars and private clubs, and including electronic cigarettes in all other places where smoking is currently prohibited. We believe everyone in Washington, Indiana should have equal protection from the dangerous health effects of secondhand smoke.
A comprehensive smoke free air ordinance would enable everyone to equal protection! Please sign our petition today to show your support for smoke-free air in Washington, Indiana.
