Tourism is the lifeblood of New Smyrna Beach, and our community thrives when we create safe, fun, and memorable experiences for visitors and locals alike.   
We are asking the City of New Smyrna Beach to pass a fair and balanced ordinance that authorizes pedal pub operations within the city. This ordinance will:   
Allow pedal pubs to operate from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily
Establish safe, designated operation zones across the city
Support local businesses and restaurants by bringing customers directly to their doors
Ensure compliance with Florida Statutes §316.2069 and §316.1936 for safe alcohol transport and road use     
Pedal pubs are already a success in cities across Florida and the U.S., including Sanford, St. Petersburg, Orlando, Tampa, and Nashville. These communities have seen pedal pubs boost local business, increase tourism, and provide visitors with a safe, group-friendly entertainment option.
