Just a few weeks ago, in mid April, a jury at the same court found the turbines are not a nuisance. In May 2013, all nine Falmouth precincts voted against funding turbine removal, by an overall 2-1 margin. In October 2015, Falmouth's Board of Health sent a letter to your board, indicating that public health research has found turbines to be harmless.
