"At puppy mills in Missouri, dogs are crammed into small and filthy cages, denied veterinary care, exposed to extremes of heat and cold, and given no exercise or human affection. These puppy mills are cruel and the way these dogs are treated is wrong. Prop B will stop puppy mill abuses by establishing common sense standards for the proper care of dogs. The Humane Society of Missouri and many Missouri veterinarians and veterinary clinics across the state support the Puppy Mill Cruelty Prevention Act. Waynce Pacelle is the President and CEO of the Humane Society, an incredible organization that works hard to end animal abuse.On the Ellen Show Wayne talked about Missouri Proposition B. Voters recently passed Prop B, which ends the abusive practices of puppy mills, but the Missouri legislature has overturned it.
