My husband is currently facing an unjust deportation in Mississippi. He has consistently followed every legal procedure, remaining compliant throughout his proceedings. His entire life he has adhered to the rules, living as a law-abiding resident, with the exception of a traffic violation. He has maintained his legal status through an F 1 visa. Graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. And had been granted an OPT work visa. 
We've diligently filed all necessary petitions for him to remain with his family, and yet he is still being held unjustly.
