The Issue

Our field and track have been in disrepair for far too long. For over a decade, the Northwestern School District’s track and football field in Albion, PA, have been neglected and overlooked, creating challenges for our students and community. Finally, we have a plan in place to turn things around. We have secured a company, a budget, and a board that is committed to implementing these much needed upgrades. The enhancement of our facilities is not just a want but a necessity to bring them up to modern standards, including ADA compliance.

By upgrading our athletic facilities, we are investing in our students and athletes, providing them the opportunity to thrive in a safe and competitive environment. The current state of disrepair affects everyone—students, instructors, athletes, and the entire community. It hampers training efforts, poses safety risks, and diminishes the pride and spirit that our school and community share.

This project’s success depends on community support. The envisioned improvements would not only benefit our current students but also future generations who will learn and grow within these walls. Bringing our field up to par ensures equal opportunities for all, enhancing the quality of education and fostering community pride.

Help us show our support for the students, athletes, and community members who work tirelessly to represent Albion. By signing this petition, you are contributing to a cause that will positively impact countless lives, making our community stronger and more united.

Please join us in this vital upgrade to our field and track by signing and supporting this much-needed initiative. Together, we can provide a deserving change to our community and secure a brighter future for all stakeholders. Your support is crucial to turning this plan into reality.
