Support my journey to stay in the CRNA-DNP program at Case Western
The Issue
Dear Class of 2026,
Becoming a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) has been a lifelong dream of mine. Over the past decade, I have worked tirelessly to rebuild my academic foundation, showing the dedication, resilience, and perseverance required to reach this stage of the program. This journey has not been mine alone—my family has made countless sacrifices, investing financially and emotionally to support me in pursuing this calling.
Throughout my many years as a nurse, patient safety has always been my guiding priority. It is the passion that led me to become a nurse in the first place and what continues to drive my commitment to advanced nursing practice. Despite this, I now find myself facing the possibility of not being able to continue in the Francis Payne Bolton- CRNA-DNP program at Case Western Reserve University—a program I deeply respect and have worked so hard to be part of.
Remaining in this program is essential not only for my personal and professional future, but also for the patients and communities I hope to serve, especially in New Hampshire, where the demand for skilled CRNAs continues to grow. I want to give back by providing safe, compassionate anesthesia care in areas where providers are needed most.
Today, I am asking for the support of my Class of 2026 peers. Your backing—your signature—could make a meaningful difference in helping me continue on this path. My request is simple: I am seeking the opportunity, tools, and support needed to move forward, grow, and become the safe, capable CRNA I have worked so hard to become.
Please consider supporting me by signing this petition. Every signature represents not just solidarity, but a belief in second chances, growth, and the values our profession stands for.
Thank you sincerely for your time, kindness, and support.
