Answering Public Concerns

• All 4 festivals are only 55 days total of the year.
• We must pass all State and Federal regulations including from V-DOT, DEQ, Dept of Health
• Car Traffic Concerns
  
  • Entry to festivals are timed so cars will be staggered arriving at the property.
  • The Driveway on the property is long enough so cars will not back up on Oak Park Rd.
  • Weekends only when fewer cars on the road.
  • There will be parking staff to keep everyone moving.
  • Google Maps will direct cars to Oak Park off of 29 to keep cars away from Fishback
• Lights and Sounds
  • Christmas lights are only LED Christmas lights.
  • No flood light uplighting.
  • The path is in a location that is not visible by neighboring houses.  Also at least a football field size away from the nearest neighbor
  • Privacy fences erected to keep light and sound from spilling out to the neighbors.
  • Only background Christmas music during the event

We are NOT:

• Not a commercial Event Space.
• Not a Commercial Solar farm.
• Not a 365 day a year venue like a winery.
• Not Disneyland or Busche Gardens or similar.
• Not Corporate.
