Support Katrina Bradshaw's immigration case
The Issue

Katrina “Kat” Bradshaw has lived in the United States for more than 35 years, having called this country her home since she was brought here as a teenager by her mother and step father. As a devoted wife to her American husband for 27 years, a loving mother to two children, and a successful business owner for over 20 years, Katrina's life is deeply rooted in her Tennessee community. She consistently contributes as a loyal friend and a faithful servant, becoming an integral part of her neighborhood and the fabric of our society.
Katrina is currently represented by immigration counsel and is pursuing the appropriate legal process to resolve her longstanding immigration and documentation issues. She received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) regarding her residency in July 2026 and now faces the possibility of removal to a country she has not lived in since childhood.
WE RESPECTFULLY REQUEST YOUR ASSISTANCE AND ADVOCACY ON KATRINA’S BEHALF.
We, the undersigned, implore Senator Bill Hagerty and his office to provide assistance and help ensure there is fair consideration in Katrina's immigration case, where legally permissible. It is crucial to grant Katrina the opportunity to resolve her status with dignity and respect, recognizing her as the steadfast community member she has long been. We are not asking that any law or procedure be bypassed. We are simply asking that her unique circumstances be fully and fairly considered and that every lawful avenue for relief be explored before any action is taken that could permanently separate her from her husband, children, family, business, and community due to a technicality that happened when she was a minor.
Thank you for your time and assistance!
