Instagram had disabled promotions on our Account- @nearlyheadless.inc

They say we have violated their community guidelines. But we have never promoted a post or used the paid promotions feature or run any ads at all. We have been emailing Instagram for a month but they haven't responded yet.

We have put our heart & soul into this account. But we were flagged by mistake. 

We have read accounts of so many people that are facing this same issue & they have to start new accounts. We have built a community through this platform & would hate to lose out on that because of an error.

We want to reach Instagram so they can review our case & re-enable our account.

It would be a great help if you could sign our petition & help us re-enable promotions on our Instagram account.

It would also help if you would give Instagram/Facebook feedback so this process of disabling/re-enabling accounts can be changed
