Grace Terrace will provide quality housing targeted to persons with disabilities and veterans. The development will revitalize vacant land and provide housing options in an amenity-rich and transit-accessible neighborhood in the Village of Arlington Heights. This type of housing is desperately needed in our community.

WE, THE UNDERSIGNED respectfully request the Arlington Heights Board of Trustees vote YES for Grace Terrace at 1519 S. Arlington Heights Rd., Arlington Heights.  This project will create 25 new apartments for individuals with mental and physical disabilities with a preference for veterans. Grace Terrace will have case management services, a community room, etc.  and opportunities for residents to become a friendly community together.
