We the undersigned owners of homes on Prospectors Point share the concerns described in the Cobblestone Ridges HOA resolution dated January 21, 2026 regarding the development of the Camelback Gardens Subdivision that is before the Grand Junction Planning Commission. Specifically, those concerns are:

1. Housing density
2. Traffic
3. Safety
4. Drainage
5. Irrigation

We share the recommendations of HOA's resolution, namely:

1. That the Camelback Gardens development be given an RL-4 zoning designation with no deviations
2. That Rana Road not be extended to connect with High Desert Rd but instead traffic patterns be established in the new development that do not allow through passage of vehicles entering Rana Rd from Ridge Circle Dr to reach High Desert Rd, and vice versa.
3. That drainage implications of the proposed development be more rigorously assessed.
4. That extension of the irrigation system serving Rana Rd be better evaluated.
