Fast Wok, a beloved local restaurant in Eastside, Indianapolis, has been serving our community with delicious food for over 30 years. "Mama," as we affectionately call the owner, has been the heart and soul of this establishment since its inception at East Gate Mall. Her unique recipes have left us all craving more.

A little over a year ago, Mama had to close down due to a stroke. But her passion for feeding the community brought her back to what she loves most - running Fast Wok. Since reopening, however, she's faced numerous challenges due to societal issues.

We understand that there are safety concerns that need addressing. Yet we firmly believe there must be ways we can help Mama keep those doors open without compromising on safety standards. This is not just about keeping a restaurant open; it's about preserving an integral part of our community that brings joy and comfort through food.
