I’m just trying to provide for my family by running a small local landscaping company out of my garage in Exeter, PA. This initiative is not just about earning a livelihood; it's about ensuring a better future for my family while contributing positively to our community's aesthetics and economy.

Currently, my property is zoned for residential use, but I am seeking support to have my property reclassified as commercial, which would allow me to operate my business legally and effectively. 

My wife and I are both Exeter graduates and our dream was for our children to also be. We will be forced to move out of Exeter if we can not get rezoned. We have both been tax paying residence for over 15 years. 

 The change is not just a personal benefit but a community investment, reflecting a mutual progression toward a vibrant, prosperous Exeter.
