My name is Beky Merino Rodriguez, a 27-year-old mother of Malachi Elijah Neighbor Merino. I have been battling false accusations in the 2nd Civil Court of Chapala, Jalisco, Mexico for six years already, but for different reasons I was too afraid to make this public. Recently, my son's father, Joshua Gabriel Neighbor has falsely accused me of not paying child support and is attempting to imprison me based on these untrue claims.

I am autistic and have been diagnosed with several other mental disorders including MDD (Major Depressive Disorder), PDD (Persistent Depressive Disorder), PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Despite these challenges, I strive to lead an honest life while providing for my son, whom I have not seen in almost 6 years because his father Joshua -altogeher with his family and the radical far-right-wing conservative fundamentalist zionist  evangelical religious organisation that Joshua's parents lead- have forcely and arbitrarily forbidden me to.

Unfortunately, Joshua Gabriel Neighbor continues to threaten me through text messages and mislead the Mexican courts with his false allegations. There are suspicions that he may be using corrupt means to influence court decisions against me.
