APEX Towing has been a long-standing member of our community. Through the years, they have shown themselves to be a transparent, honest and professional business. They work closely with on-site property managers and business owners with carefully-outlined contracts to ensure parking infractions are managed in a professional manner. 

The city of Starkville has proposed an ordinance that would greatly affect the way their business operates. Under this ordinance, our local government is trying to dictate how much they can charge for their services. There is a petition to ban APEX Towing from operating in the city of Starkville altogether! This ordinance is nothing more than an opportunity to bully a private business owner, which will directly affect local property managers and business owners greatly!  Please sign this petition to show support for APEX Towing.
