Support an Unfairly Dismissed Employee Against Deceitful Managers
The Issue
I was once an integral part of our workforce at Leicester Mail Preparation Unit (LMPU) in Leicester, UK who faithfully served Royal Mail and its service recipients with all sincerity, conscientious hard work and dedication for 21 years and 8 months with impeccable conduct record and only a handful absences and tardiness in my attendance record. However, I have recently been dismissed from my job based on accusations that were not only fabricated but extremely damaging to my professional reputation as church and community servant (cf. my full personal profile at https://linktr.ee/peterkingzabala and my chances to find alternative employment.
I would like to call on my colleagues, who have witnessed my professional conduct and are aware of my integrity, to back me up against this unjust termination. With deceitful and falsely accusing managers at our workplace, it's time we took a stance for truth and justice.
According to Acas Annual report and accounts 2020 to 2021, 34,643 unfair dismissal claims were filed by workers. This statistic might not include numerous unreported incidents of false accusations leading to unfair dismissals. We cannot let this injustice continue unchallenged.
By signing this petition, you would lend your vote of confidence on my innocence. This is not only my fight for justice for myself but also OUR UNITED STAND AGAINST A CURRENT CULTURE OF UNFAIR MANAGEMENT PRACTICES that bullies, harasses and unfairly exploits the workforce and then falsely accuses and maliciously terminates employees who reacts with CONSCIENTIOUS OBJECTION to management's unjust practices.
I have been falsely accused of physical assault, the most serious false accusation a manager has fabricated and falsely witnessed by another manager where nobody else has witnessed but only heard the dramatised "don't push me" words of the accusing manager. CCTV evidence has also been wilfully and maliciously withheld all throughout the conduct and appeal due processes in order to orchestrate and railroad the whole process to the management's predetermined verdict of dismissal.
Signing this petition means you believe in fairness, justice, and in my sincerity versus our deplorably insincere managers. Sign this petition and support an unfairly dismissed colleague. Stand up to deceitful management and create a safer, more trusting workplace.
