We are asking for Wivenhoe Council permission for a local Pilates business to offer a Friday 8.30am class at William Loveless Hall in Wivenhoe.

This would provide a valuable health and wellbeing opportunity for local residents aged approximately 35–85, while also supporting a local business and strengthening our community.

Currently, daytime classes mainly suit people who are retired or not working. For residents who work, an 8.30am Friday class is a practical opportunity to exercise before the working day begins.

Pilates supports strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, mental health and overall wellbeing, making it particularly valuable across a wide range of ages.
