Stand with AFSE as we bargain for our shared union values!
The Issue
AFSE, formed in 1973, is the union of dedicated field service employees of the National Education Association. We organize, we mobilize, and we build power with NEA affiliates and NEA members to advance our shared values.
Support our bargain. Here's what we believe:
AFSE members believe that compensation and benefits should be competitive, equitable, progressive, and transparent.
AFSE members believe that NEA is obligated to ensure that staff is healthy, safe, well-trained, and equipped to support the NEA Mission.
AFSE members believe that we bring high-quality professional judgment to make strategic decisions under dynamic conditions.
AFSE members believe that retirement benefits should be consistent and secure.
AFSE members believe that management strategies should exemplify the same model of unionism that we seek to ensure for our members.
AFSE members believe that dismantling institutional racism creates equitable workplaces.
