This petition is to acknowledge that BIPOC communities have been historically, oppressed, murdered, disenfranchised, and dehumanized for over 400 yrs at the hand of the US Government. 

We need to come together and collectively charge them with our Genocide.

 Systemic oppression, racism, white supremacy, gerrymandering, red lining, blockbusting, and making homesteading and share-cropping illegal, are all ways in which this system has impaired our ability to pursue happiness; which is our right as American citizens. Unlawful murders and arrests, evictions, lack of food and safe housing, wrongful job terminations, and so much more !!! Our mortality rate while giving birth is at a historical high and the current administration has just removed DEI and kidnapped a large portion of our migrant community, also people of color. 

We are being shot by police when we call for help. Ignored in hospitals when we go for help and shot on doorsteps when we knock for assistance. 

The definition of genocide is trying to destroy in part or in full, any specific group,or protected class of people. It does not have to be all at once. This Country has taken our protections by electing a racist white supremacist into office and we have to stand up
