I voluntarily entrusted the care of all three of my boys to Kyler and Keagan’s aunt and grandma while I went to treatment. They had temporary guardianship and have now contested for permanent custody. It’s a serious problem. All my boys want to do is come home to me, and their aunt and grandma are making things so much worse than it ever had to be. The judge extended multiple hearings because the guardian ad litem said she still hasn’t gotten all the information she needed about me or the boys for the case...Unfortunately she has taken a side and it’s not mine. I brought the kids up in April 2020 because of the pandemic, and I was trying to get into treatment in New Mexico. I had no luck in NM. It took 4 months to get in up here at the VA Domicillary program in Alaska. While I was in treatment I had fully trusted them and signed over guardianship so that they can handle school and medical things while I was gone. Mid treatment they filed to prolong the guardianship, and in December they filed for custody. Please help me get my children back. They are my everything and I deserve the chance to be heard and have my children home. My hope is to show the Judge that I am a good mother and prove that there are witnesses to this fact.
