I've been an Adekan fan since 2014-2015, but I noticed that although it has many fans around the world, it hasn't been fully published in English yet. To my eyes, this is very sad knowing that many other smaller titles have already been licensed in English.

I want to do everything that's on my hands to make it possible and be able to support one of my favorite Mangaka Artists! 

Adekan is a Japanese manga written and illustrated by Nao Tsukiji. The first volume was released in 2008. It's currently ongoing ( the newest volume is Vol.11). CD drama series, two stage plays and several illustrations books have also been released. 

The series follows Shiro Yoshiwara, an eccentric umbrella craftsman and Kojiro, a young police officer who will be joining to the adventure and develop a emotional relationship with him. The drawing style is characterized by exquisitely detailed designs contrasting with a hard reality representation.

Adekan is currently aviable in Japanese as original version, and has been licensed and published in German (by Egmont Manga + Anime GmbH) and in Chinese (by Tong Li Publishing Co., Ltd).

Adekan's 1-2 Volumes were digitally published in English in 2011 in the difunct JManga and got lost within the website's death.

I think it's time for a change! Please sign my petition and let's make give this series the attention it deserves. Many of us are willing to support it but anything related to it it's very hard to find online and never in a language that we understand. Let's change it an support Nao Tsukiji as the wonderful artist she is!

This petition will be shown to SuBLime Manga Publisher since they can sell worldwide in English, they have a mostly female audience and are comfortable with yaoi content. If you have a suggestion for a different publisher please let me know in the comment with your signature. I am also open to create this petition in Spanish if I see enough Hispanic fans.
