Imagine paying thousands of dollars for your child to go to school and only come home unsatisfied with their education and future. That is the unfortunate reality of Maths Pathways and their reach in Australian schools. 

Let's be honest, any student you ask today will 9 out of 10 times will state that they despise Maths Pathways. So how will a negative attitude for maths improve when students have to use this program? We would greatly appreciate it if we went back to the old ways of teaching. Students learn nothing because if they are stuck, why would they ask the teacher when they could scroll down to the answers? To add, today, we were being shown basic X, Y-axis. This should have been taught 3 years ago!

Parents spend thousands of dollars for their kids to get a good education and for maths, it seems to be going down the drain. When parents send their kids off to school they are unaware of what happens at school. The school just spoon-feeds words into their mouths to make it seem like it's a good program.

Teachers seem to be clueless about this growing problem when it's right in their faces. How difficult is it to tell that Maths Pathways is ruining maths? Math Teachers spend a minimum of four years to get a bachelor's degree and all they do is watch. Some students find it uncomfortable to ask for help so they don't! 

Essentially, Maths Pathways is a program that does more harm than good. School's fuel their money into it without thinking of the effects on the next generation and its math ability whilst leaving parents clueless.
