All of us experienced stereotyping, stereotyping is an over-generalized belief about a particular category of people. It is an expectation that people might have about every person of a particular group. They underestimate a one person capability, some are just looking at the outside part of person, It is also way to bullying. People who experience/d stereotyping may think that there's a problem about their personal appearance and attitude. Which basically we need to be equal to each other, because underestimating other is not makes you perfect. A gender role, also known as a sex role, is a social role encompassing a range of behaviors and attitudes that are generally considered acceptable, appropriate, or desirable for a person based on that person's biological or perceived sex. A stereotype is a mistaken idea or belief many people have about a thing or group that is based upon how they look on the outside, which may be untrue or only partly true. Gender stereotyping cause men hard to express their feeling, they refuse to act soft in public, they cant be feminine because of the perspective of other people. Because of gender stereotype they cant express themselves properly and just want to act for our society. Hyperfeminity is the exaggeration of stereotyped behavior that’s believed to be feminine. The qualities that they believed to be feminine includes being passive, naive, sexually inexperienced, soft, flirtatious and graceful. In physical appearance women should wear dresses and make up. They are also expected to be responsible in taking care of their children, cooking and cleaning the house. But everything that a man can do, a woman can do too and vice versa. most company outlook the capabilities of Women to work for heavy duty works for example in construction industry is to seek to support and empowerment in different countries in the Philippines. Also in the topic of aviation, aerospace engineers is lacking of women. Aircraft pilots lacks Women because of the report cost of flight training and has the gap of science and math education and the difficult of work-life balance. This jobs are just the minimum examples of jobs that is lacking of women and some reasons are the company that does not look in the capabilities of women. Extreme gender stereotypes are harmful because they don’t allow people to fully express themselves and their emotions. “LGBT community” can be understood in many different ways, and can mean many different things to many different people. People revealed how they often had fears or negative expectations of wider society and that this is in part why they invest in the idea of an LGBT community as somewhere where they could feel safe and understood but the term does not capture differences and complexities of experience. It can also wrongly suggest some form of shared experience, which for some people can be frustrating because it seems to ignore their experiences of inequality or discrimination within or exclusion from so-called “LGBT community". This matter is very serious and the present situation that education is significant so that everyone should respect everyone's personality. Gender stereotyping can limit the development of the natural talents and abilities of girls and boys, women and men, as well as their educational and professional experiences and life opportunities in general.
