The case of Dr. Puspita Das, the current Dean of College of Community Science, Central Agricultural University, Sangsanggre, Tura, Meghalaya has stirred controversy after allegations of exploitation of women employees in the campus. In addition to exploitations, Dr. Puspita Das has shown a clear pattern of dismissing and demeaning, particularly the tribal staffs and students.

Many times over the last several years Dr. Puspita Das has abused her power by making her employees and students run personal errands, few incidents of inhumane treatments of the staffs. She lacks basic etiquettes. We don't want her TEMPORARY SUSPENSION but to completely ban her from the campus and the town.

The University and Administrators must hear the message loud and clear: We the students and staffs of CAU will no longer allow Dr. Puspita Das to mentally and physically harass our students, employees and faculty. She is a detriment to our University and should be permanently banned from campus with prejudice.
