The Issue

Many people in the Philippines wants to have a quality education, that is why people tend to enroll their children or themselves to private schools. They believed that enrolling into such private school will enhance the amount of learning of a student unlike those who are enrolled in public school, a school that are supported by public funds. That is somehow true, private school will grant you may benefits but at a cost averaging about Php 36,000 - Php 44,000  which is quite a lot for most of the people, but somehow they are managing to enroll their children into one, doing every thing that they can just to ensure the children's learning.

COVID-19 impacted many lives in the world, Philippines' unemployment rate increase and more and more people is being pushed to debt. With many people does not have a stable income on this current crisis, many people expected that private school will reduce the cost of their tuition fees for the reasons of: children will not use any of the facility in the school, and children will have to pay for the internet that they are going to use to attend private school classes. Unfortunately, many private schools does not even reduce the cost of their tuition which upsets many people that does not want them or their children to go to public schools.
