Ban Maths Pathways from NHHS

The issue

For around 3 years NHHS has been using a computer program designed to create individual learning pathways for students. Whilst there is plenty of evidence to prove that this system works, there are still issues when this system is put in to practice. Maths Pathways is in some way more valuable to teachers, as it saves time and effort put in to teaching. Teachers are paid by the hour and i strongly believe that teachers should actually be "teaching." Instead, they are sitting at a computer reading off of a pre-generated graph produced by the program that provides information on how a student is learning such as: "Growth" "Accuracy" and "Effort."
Advanced as computers are, there is no possible way a program such as Maths Pathways can detect legitimate Effort or Skill. A Human Teacher is no where near perfect but it sure does a better job than a Poorly Designed computer Program. Not only does Math Pathways prevent teachers from doing their job, it also forces students to use computers cutting into the so called "screen time" that we are told to keep minimal.
I have brought my opinion up to my peers on multiple occasions and so have they. It is clear that majority of the students in and outside of my class genuinely dislike the us use of the Program at NHHS. Some of the students, parents and teachers i have consulted have gone as far to say that they HATE the program.
Of course i could go on for many hours explaining more ways that Maths Pathways is a horrible program and why it should be banned, however i believe that your signature to help make a change is more important.
