So basically, I would like to start with some Laws. 

1. RTI(Right to Information): We all know about RTI. Any Indian citizen could know any information (related to the public sector) free of cost through RTI.

The above-mentioned law is just for your knowledge. So, without ignoring the law lets jump into some facts 

 

Now just jump into some basic facts.

1. Whole year parents work so hard and earn money but private schools change plenty of fees from them. I will not argue for these charges because schools may deserve it. So, the first point which I would like to keep is that why CBSE charges fees before the board exams. And this year by crossing the limit they have hiked the fees by 200% 40% for 12th and 10th standard. Is the money allotted by their government in the budget not enough to pay their staff? 
2. Now my second point is going to be much wider than the first point. This point is basically about RTI in the evaluation process.

-We all know that board charge fees for the reevaluation process. Whom the board is afraid of seeing the result? Why cant they give us our answer sheet photocopy for free? They cant even put the point that each student will ask for the recorrection of the answer sheet because of fear of negative marking in the real mark sheet. Secondly, I would like to remind you of RTI which I have described in the beginning. If we have RTI, then why CBSE is charging fees for revaluation of the answer sheet. As per my knowledge, it's UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

 

-OK, if I agree with my above two points. Then my next point is practical, logical as well as argumental.

As CBSE students may know that they had sent us our marks in registered mobile no. Then why can't they have sent all important dates including reevaluation in the registered mobile number? If you will open cbse.nic, then you will get 2 links; first of [HOME] and second for [seeing result]. Why is their no Link for directly going to the 'reevaluation of the mark sheet' portal? (I have kept this point because most of the students who applied for the reevaluation process are not able to get the link for the same. Secondly, students don't get much time for completing the process especially in Lockdown situation.)

 

-As per CBSE, there are three processes which we have to complete before rechecking of the answer sheet. And FEES for all the process is looted separately. Can we get to know the reason why cbse?

 

 

 

 

So in the end, I would like to order/suggest/warn cbse to start the revaluation again with keeping in mind all the points I have kept here.
