The student Health center at the University of California, Santa Barbara has been subject to close to build faculty housing in it's place. Student Health is an essential part of the community and allows students easy access to the health care services they need. Student health provides resources such as Covid testing, STD testing, psychiatry, and various other medical services. By getting rid of student health we are putting thousands of students at risk and essentially taking away their access to healthcare. By signing this petition you will be emphasizing the importance of student health and we will hopefully gain the proper attention to prevent it from closing.
