Students who have chosen to live in accommodation this year have been put at a disadvantage as a result of quarantine restrictions. Common areas and gyms have been forced to close to stop the spread of households and get-togethers are not allowed. While these new restrictions mean that students are not recieving the full accommodation benefits that they were promised, the organisations providing these rooms have done very little, if anything, to address this issue and students are still being forced to pay in full.
