Three years ago, the diocese began using recyclable paper and other items in our documents, and even in our liturgical attire and our "metalware" such as candlesticks, chalices, patens etc...This devolved unto the parishes, who in turn, asked their secular businesses to recycle. Global warming is a spiritual challenge as well.
