We, the undersigned, are customers of Meesho who have faced significant issues with the company's products and customer service. Our collective experiences include receiving poor-quality goods, facing obstacles in obtaining refunds, and dealing with inadequate responses from customer service representatives. These problems have led to financial losses, frustration, and a loss of trust in Meesho.

My Personal Story:

I purchased goods from Meesho that were of poor quality and did not match the descriptions provided. I promptly returned the items, expecting a refund. However, despite multiple interactions with Meesho’s customer care, I was told that the refund had been processed, but I never received the money. After filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, my issue remains unresolved. Sharing my experience on social media revealed that many other customers have been similarly cheated by Meesho.

Our grievances include:

Receiving products that do not match the descriptions or quality advertised.
Facing difficulties in returning goods and obtaining refunds.
Experiencing unhelpful and dismissive responses from customer care.
Discovering that numerous other customers have faced similar issues, indicating a systemic problem.
We demand the following actions from Meesho:

Immediate and Full Refunds: Ensure that all customers who return products receive their refunds promptly and in full, without unnecessary delays or complications.
Improve Product Quality Control: Ensure that all products listed on Meesho meet quality standards and match their descriptions.
Streamline the Return and Refund Process: Simplify and expedite the process for returning goods and receiving refunds, making it user-friendly and transparent.
Enhance Customer Service Training: Train customer service representatives to handle complaints professionally and empathetically, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Transparency and Accountability: Publicly acknowledge the issues faced by customers and outline the steps being taken to address them.

We urge you to investigate Meesho's practices and take necessary actions to protect consumers' rights. It is crucial to ensure that e-commerce platforms operate fairly and transparently.
