John Bercow should be stripped of his parliamentary pension rights both as a speaker and as an MP. This man has disgraced the office of the Speaker and his position as a member of parliament. Bercow says he will take full pension when he reaches 65, despite prime ministers and lord chancellors waiving such rights.

He has a 1million pension pot that will give him £38000 a year This pension is gold plated and index-linked, which means it goes up with the cost of living and involves no contribution whatsoever by the recipient. We the taxpayers pay for his lavish lifestyle and have to pay for any private pension he receives

Today He has been found to be a ‘serial bully’ and liar by an independent inquiry He has been banned for life from holding a parliamentary pass,  basically banned from parliament. he said he could circumvent any ban by being let in by a “friendly pass holder”. Somehow I do not think so as I doubt he will have any friends after this. He has also been suspended from the Labour party after he defected to them hoping he would get a peerage. He is the only Speaker not to have been granted a peerage we now know why.

This man should be stripped of any benefits he receives from his tenure as Speaker and as an MP as he has sullied that vaulted position.  He has seriously affected the lives and confidence of people that were just trying to do their jobs. He is a disgrace as a parliamentarian and a coward as a man.  Please sign my petition
