Climate change has risen now more than ever. A large producer of climate change is human activity and tons of the emissions being released into the atmosphere every day. Through industries, burning fossil fuels, and deforestation, pollutants and greenhouse gases like carbon dioxide build up and pollute our air and our planet, raising temperatures and destroying our atmosphere. These emissions harm our environment, our crops, our air, and our health. Millions of people die from climate change almost every day due to heat, diseases from extreme weather, or illnesses from contaminated food and water. I believe that we as a nation need to step up in order to help our planet and our people. I want our government to enforce stricter emission regulations through out the country in order to decrease the rate of climate change, lowing global temperatures and decreasing extreme weather, and prevent more permanent effects on our planet.
