This is important because we as audience members deserve more than what was delivered to us. Katt Williams came on to the stage extremely late and did not provide us with any type of comedy. His erratic behavior was unacceptable, because we had to literally pay for it. We do realize that all other parties did fulfill their jobs. However, we paid for the tickets to ultimately watch Mr. Williams preform comedy. Although, Str8lace Entertainment is apologetic, they did not handle the situation very responsibly. They continued to lie to the audience members claiming that Katt "was in the building." Later, they claimed that "Katt was on his way." They continued to stall time by changing their story to "he is around the corner". One lie after another. Since this night Str8lace Entertainment has stated that they had no control of Mr. Williams and his personal problems. Well, in such a case the responsible action would be to deny Katt Williams the ability to come onto the Tingly stage and provide the angered audience with a refund. After much attempt to receive compensation, this promotion has still refused to give the refund that we deserve.
