Residents of Dipton and Burnopfield and other areas suffered in excess of 48 hrs of power outage due to these storms . Northern Powergrid have randomly paid some residents compensation but not all siting Ofgem naming the storms “severe”therefore not paying the £70 minimum due . We ask them to pay all victims of these outages fairly with the combined 48 hrs outage .
