My name is Jessica, I am a happily married 34 year old with 5 beautiful little girls, all under 10 years old. My amazing family is currently dealing with an abuse of power coming from Child Protect Services. 
Starting on March 4th 2024 CPS has bullied myself, and children. A preliminary hearing was set for March 14th where they claimed my youngest was being harmed or neglected due to contact dermatitis she suffered due to pool chemical irritants. This false accusation has turned our lives upside down. Since the initial contact from CPS and the first preliminary court hearing they have lied, withheld information, and deliberately wasted the courts time. With doing this they have set additional preliminary hearings on March 21st and April 9th where nothing was resolved or accomplished. They have set yet another hearing for May 14th. 
All while this has been going on my children have been removed from my care as CPS threatened if I didn’t “voluntarily” find other accommodations for them, they would. I agreed to have all my children stay with my oldest 3 children’s father. This has proven to be more stressful on them than I would have ever imagined. Not only are they miserable there and fed false information about me. They have not received proper care. The lack of supervision, general hygiene practices, and the shear lack of routine there has caused them enormous amounts of stress on their mental and physical wellbeing. These are ridiculous problems no little girls should have to go through. All because CPS wants to attack my family without reason. 
It breaks my heart over and over again every time I see or talk with them. They just want to come home, home with their MOTHER. They are sad saying I am refusing to see them, which is not the case at all. I am only allowed 3, 3 hour visits a week, supervised. No matter how much I tell them I love them this is just not enough. I want my babies home! 
Working as a CMA in a hospital, passing background checks and being a trusted employee, I know what it means to be an upstanding citizen. To take care and help our community. So much so I am starting in a nursing program in the fall to better my education and career to support my family. My kindness, skills and caring nature is noticed by many. I do not ask for much, but I am asking now. Please help me bring my family back together. Let my children be free and back home with Mom!  Update they continue to pull things over and over and have still refused my children phone calls with me (since May) Still forced to supervised visits 9 hours in total a week despite all visits the reports are perfect no one has concerns but the over powerment and misuse of powering state we trust that should help children but instead damage the poor lives of innocent ones leaving true children out there still with their abusers while mine are just the few of hundreds of thousands innocently ripped away. Here comes another prelim hearing again though! 
update!!! My 2 are safe and happy with their bio dad till they can come back to me. As for my 3 they are now being refused my court ordered visits since 11-29-2024. I am being sued for full custody on top of everything when the only proof has been I do take care of my children and constantly do what’s best for them…. My poor 3 children still are being alienated from me and are more confused and suffering more now than ever.
