Animals all over the world are forced to be trapped in cages and enclosures way too small for them. Being stuck in zoos has many detrimental effects on these wild animals. They are scared, under stimulated, and mistreated all just for people to catch a glimpse of a so called “wild” animal. I think it should be illegal to trap these innocent creatures just for our benefit. 

Animals in zoos are underfed, bored, and overall mistreated. If you care about animals as much as I do, or want to help out, here are some steps so that you can. First, sign this petition. Second, stop going to zoos and places where they keep animals that should be in the wild. If no one comes, they won’t be able to stay open. Lastly, share this petition with others, so the word can get out, and we can forever change these poor animals lives.

When I was younger, I loved zoos. I loved getting to see these beautiful animals I couldn’t see anywhere else. Once I got older, maybe like ten, I realized what zoos were doing wrong and I told my mom I didn’t want to go to another zoo or aquarium again. So trust me when I say I understand why you might not sign this petition. You like to see magnificent animals but you just never thought it could be bad for them. But it is. If you sign and stop going to zoos, they wont have enough money to fund what they are doing and will have no choice but to close down.
