Patients in the following states with federally funded health insurance can no longer use ZocDoc to book appointments: Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Washington, New York, New Jersey.

This means patients who are aged 65 and older or patients with disabilities can't use ZocDoc anymore if they have Medicare.

Children aged 19 and under can't use ZocDoc anymore if they have a Child Health Plus plan, which is a Medicaid plan.

Veterans can't use ZocDoc anymore if they have a Tricare insurance plan.

Banning so many patients is discrimination against the elderly, children, people with disabilities, and our military veterans.  Stop ZocDoc from violating public accommodation laws, the same laws that outlawed segregation of schools, drinking fountains, and buses based on race!  Don't let ZocDoc discriminate on the basis of age, disability, or military veteran status!
