I am a high schooler at the O’Bryant. Recently, the staff have been talking about introducing Yondr pouches in high school. At the beginning of the 24-25 year, they introduced yondr pouches into the middle school. Most middle schoolers did not like this policy, as school safety becomes more of a problem. The idea of not being able to reach your family in the case of an emergency is very troubling to many. OB went into safe mode more times than the average BPS school in 2024. Not being able to reach your family in the case of an emergency is very bad. If the faculty go through with their plan to mandate yondr pouches in high school at the start of the 25-26 school year, even more students will not be able to reach their family in an emergency. Please sign this petition to stop the faculty from mandating yondr pouches in the high school.
