I, like many others in the Scales Farmstead neighborhood in Nolensville, TN, chose to move here for the peace, beauty, and respect among neighbors. Sadly, this is at risk due to Xfinity, who plans on excessively excavating our lawns to install their services - services many neither need nor want.

The underlying issue is not just about the potential harm and disturbance caused by the installation process. It's about a company, notably known for its poor customer service ratings, forcing their services upon us. According to the American Customer Satisfaction Index, Xfinity scored below the average in 2020 for its customer service. We shouldn't have to bear the unsightly installation boxes on our properties for a service we have no faith in.
