Stop Wyre Forest DC taking us for granted!

Stop Wyre Forest DC taking us for granted!
The Issue
The council takes its residents and shopkeepers for granted and the action of increasing car park charges demonstrates this clearly.
This campaign started to try and halt the car park increases in the Wyre Forest area.
But there is a bigger issue here.
This campaign is to show the council that we as residents do not like to be taken for granted any longer.
Plus our elected councillors are not doing a good enough job for their residents.
The fact remains that by having increased car park charges in the Wyre Forest area it will have an effect on the way people shop.
There won't be a recovery in the local economy until consumers spend.
To get consumers to spend you make it attractive for them to do so.
Increasing parking charges will contribute to delivering the exact opposite.
Let's send a message to the Council that we oppose actions where no due consideration is made to the effect on its residents and shopkeepers.
