Wren Kitchens have been breaching consumer law for a number of years, despite an investigation by the BBC Watchdog. Many dissatisfied consumers have bought a Wren Kitchen with Barclays finance, yet even by raising a Section 75, those consumers are being ignored and fed constant excuses by Wren.

Our question is, how can Wren have so many cases of unresolved customer disputes and logged disputes with the Financial Ombudsman, Citizens Advice and Barclays Finance, yet no action is being taken to ensure Wren adhere to Consumer Law and treat their customers fairly and swiftly? Why does it seem that Wren are above reproach?
