Stop WinRed.com's Harassment Forever

Stop WinRed.com's Harassment Forever
The Issue
For the past 12 - 18 months, I have been harassed by unsolicited, unwanted, texts messages all originating from WinRed.com. I attempted to ask them to stop, sent a cease and desist order via certified mail, called my wireless carrier multiple times to see if there was any way they could help.
A few days ago, I was at work. I am a licensed, certified Emergency Medical Technician. I had a bad situation. I was performing life-saving measures on a pediatric patient.
My smartwatch is hooked up to my cell phone, because - anyone who works as a first responder knows, your cell phone is just as good as your radio, and many first responders use apps that dispatch them to emergencies.
In a matter of 47 minutes, I received 73 texts from WinRed.com.
Lifesaving measures failed despite our best efforts, and a child died.
I, personally, faced the child's parents and sister, and I told them "we did everything we could, but ________ has died."
There haven't been many times I have cleared a call and pulled into an out of the way place, crawled in the back of my ambulance, and screamed. This was absolutely one of those occasions. Judge me if you will.
I am not the only one who is receiving unsolicited, unwanted, harassing texts, emails, or phone calls. I have voted republican my entire life. I have never contributed to any political campaign because, let's face it, I'm an EMT, and we just don't make enough money.
Now, I am absolutely set on holding WinRed.com accountable in any fashion - preferably in a legal fashion - for what they do. Of course, they accept no responsibility for what they do. They claim that at some point I must have made a contribution to a campaign, and that's how they got my personal cell phone number.
This page is to help others hold WinRed and other like-minded organizations accountable for what they do.
I want the family of the child my ambulance crew lost to be in the courtroom when WinRed has their day in court.
I will network, I will make petitions, and I will absolutely MAKE the time to take them down - legally. I want to see them in a court of law to make them answer for their harassment - and completely disregarding a legal order to Cease and Desist.
