Stop war crimes in Sudan. Grant the affected full repatriation. Free the occupied homes

The Issue

Since April 2013, Al-Mansram, the state of Khartoum, the capital of Sudan, has been living in a tragic situation that resulted from a sudden explosion of an absurd war between the two parties to the government of the military who are fighting over power and wealth. The war is now taking place in the state of Khartoum and its events are taking place inside residential neighborhoods and public facilities. The Janjaweed militias fighting the government army under the name of the Rapid Support Forces have spread in all seven localities of Khartoum State, turning civilians and residents into human shields, and effectively stormed houses and looted holdings, movables and money of the people of the state, and this was done on a large scale. The reality of looting and occupying at least one and a half million houses in Khartoum state is now enshrined. The situation now is the occupation of houses, the practice of killing and intimidation of civilians, the rape of women and the forced removal of people from the state. An estimated 4 million people have been discharged from their homes and taken refuge in other states or have sought refuge in neighboring countries. Now the productive and service economic base has turned into rubble in Khartoum state, and life has completely stopped and fear, misery and insecurity have completely dominated. So far, the US-Saudi platform for mediation has failed to make any progress on the negotiating front between the fighters to reach the war truce and stop the war, and now, throughout the whole day, the states of Khartoum and West Darfur are witnessing explicit war crimes, crimes against humanity and other large crimes that amount to the intervention of the UN Security Council and the intervention Sudan now urgently needs to implement the articles of the Fourth Geneva Convention and the Fina Treaty on the Status and Rights of Civilians during War. The situation in Khartoum State and West Darfur requires urgent activation of international criminal justice meas, given the absence and collapse of Sudanese national legal and justice institutions. People are now dying from crazy slave fighting inside the streets of cities and neighborhoods and are also dying of hunger due to the collapse of production chains, distribution and commodity exchange in Khartoum State and West Darfur and are also dying due to the collapse of health facilities occupied by the militias and Janjaweed of the Rapid Support Forces. Now the international community must act without delay or hesitation. This appeal is left behind by at least 5 million people who have suffered direct harm in the country’s capital state of Khartoum. The summary of the situation in Khartoum state is that people have looted their homes and deposits in banks and their homes have been occupied by militias and Janjaweed, the Rapid Support Forces, which have turned into armed invaders. And now tens of thousands of affected people are moving under the slogan "Get out of our homes today before tomorrow.. We are returning” and millions of unarmed peaceful civilians are struggling to liberate and restore their homes and guarantee their right to full compensation.
