The safety of passengers on the TTC has been concretely affected with recent reports of numerous crimes including a fatal stabbing of a teen, assaults and attacks. 

Toronto students and parents depend heavily on public transportation commuting to school each and every day. Families should feel safe and not fear their child will be murdered using this means of transportation. Security measures are extremely vital to the safety our children deserve.  

We demand immediate action and change. How many more lives need to be lost before action is taken? What are Toronto secondary schools doing to keep our teens safe? What is City Council, Mayor’s office and Premier doing about it?
