On January 15, Verizon wireless has announced they will begin charging customers a $2 fee for paying your bill online or by phone in order 'to offset the cost' of processing these payments. We believe that the entire concept of charging customers to pay their bill is ridiculous and demand that Verizon Wireless scrap the plan to begin doing so on January 15th, 2012 for customers paying online or by phone.
