I am a victim of a heinous act known as gangstalking, an organized effort by multiple individuals to harass and intimidate me. This has not only led to psychological distress but also put my life in danger on numerous occasions. People have attempted to cause fatal accidents by stealing the lugnuts off my tires at night, and I've had someone shine laser pointers in my car while driving through a canyon.

In addition to this, I have been repeatedly falsely arrested due to police targeting me. These unlawful arrests have resulted in unfair court hearings where my civil rights were violated several times. The consequences of these false charges could lead to illegal imprisonment, tearing me away from my child.

Furthermore, medical professionals have prescribed medications that are unsafe when taken together - another form of harassment that puts my health at risk.

The U.S Constitution guarantees every citizen the right to life, liberty and security (Amendment XIV). Yet these rights are being blatantly violated in my case. According to statistics from the National Police Misconduct Reporting Project (2010), law enforcement officers were accused of civil rights violation nearly 3,814 times.
