For over 22 years, Ireland has been more than just a place of residence for me—it's been my home. Regrettably, I now face deportation due to a recent letter issued by the Irish Justice Minister, disregarding the life I have built here since I was 20 years old.

I'm 43 years old now, and Ireland is where I've spent more than half of my life. I've worked, contributed to the community, and formed relationships that are integral to my identity and well-being. Deportation is not just a legal action—it threatens to uproot a life that has been intertwined with the Irish fabric for so many years.

The idea of leaving Ireland to start anew in a place that's foreign to me is not just challenging but emotionally devastating. I consider myself Irish in spirit, having adapted to and embraced the culture, values, and traditions of this beautiful country.

The process of deportation should recognize the humane aspect of an individual's case. Being a productive member of society, it's paramount that I receive the opportunity to remain here. This is not just about legal status; it's about the human impact of such a decision.

I urge the Minister for Justice to reconsider this decision and allow me to stay in Ireland, the only place I truly call home. I plead with the community to support me in this fight against an unjust removal from the life I've known and cherished.
